Overcoming Our False Identity
As we live our life experiences, we are aware of a personal self identity. This includes a name, Mary, Joe, and could include male or female, age, etc. This is extended into other identifying characteristics such as certain professions, i.e. housewife, parent, student, athlete, etc. More often than not, these identifying labels are characteristics we build for ourselves through out individual interests, talents and other circumstances that we seem to attract… or, many times, what we reject.
Eckhart Tolle, in his Bestseller ‘A New Earth,’ calls this role-playing.
We bring this identity into a world environment where we are exposed to an ever-increasing barrage of personal, professional, corporate, national and international conflicts, chaos and problems of every description.
In an effort to counter this turmoil and bring some measure of order into a chaotic world, there are literally thousands of programs, books, lectures, seminars, religious doctrines, sundry philosophies and experts purporting to have the answers as to how we can build more harmonious personal, professional and corporate life experiences. In spite of these efforts, recent surveys indicate that there are more unsolved problems in the world today than at any other time in history. These same surveys indicate that people suffering from problem related anxieties, stresses, pressures and depression is on an alarming increase worldwide.
However well-intentioned, motivational and inspiring these traditional methods may be, something is not right. What is needed is an alternative approach that is a radical departure from the ordinary and that it can demonstrate positive results with predictable accuracy.
What the world needs is a new, scientific method of problem resolution that departs from traditional approaches and can assure positive, productive results with predictable certainty.
Some years ago, when I felt that I had more than my fair share of problems and was trapped between the sword and the wall with no apparent means of escape, I made an exciting discovery.
I discovered that there is only one common root cause of ALL problems. Just one! When this one primal cause is understood and properly applied, all problems, regardless of their nature or apparent severity, will disappear as surely and as effortlessly as darkness disappears in the presence of light.
I found that with this discovery I was able to overcome all my problems and all the stresses, anxieties and pressures they imposed on me. I found that not only was I able to solve all my problems, but I was also able to solve problems for others. I found that I could even solve problems considered to be impossible by qualified “experts.”
Unlike conventional approaches, my discovery is based solely on scientific natural laws and principles which are defined by Webster as, “the creative and controlling forces of the universe” where “universe” is defined as, “the whole body of things; the whole without limit or exception accruing everywhere.”
We don’t make these laws, they already exist. But we can learn how to USE them. And when we use them properly, Webster’s definition of “conclusion” assures us that results are “obvious, inevitable and predictable.”
There has never been and never can be any real growth or advancement that does not conform to natural laws and principles. They cannot be put aside. They are absolute and self enforcing. As Webster points out, their operation is “fixed and permanent;” they reflect only balance, perfection, harmony and fulfillment.
This is certainly nothing new. You prove the operation of natural laws and principles every time you balance your checkbook. You know you must adhere to the specific rules and principles governing mathematics. You know that any error you make in your premise or procedures will inevitably result in a faulty conclusion. It is predictable. This discovery is no different.
It is totally impersonal. It is the LAW! And Webster says that “law” is:
- A rule or principle that always works and is enforced by a governing authority.
This logic demands that we accept the fact that everything, including you and me, is included in, and is under the control of, the perfection of these natural laws and principles. There can be no exceptions.
We must conclude, then, that our individual success, prosperity, freedom and pressure-free harmonious life experiences are as natural to us as wet is to water. They are as natural to us as heat and light are to the sun. These conditions are supported, maintained and governed by the controlling forces of the universe. And there is nothing you can do about it even if you wanted to. They are fixed and permanent. There are no exceptions.
This, then, should the foundation upon which all problem solving should be based. Indeed, to predicate our approach on any other premise would be totally irresponsible.
Details of the proper procedure for implementing this system are full covered in my book, “The Science of LIVING BETTER FOREVER.” www.livingbetterforever.com
