Having Fun With Ideas

At one time or another, we have all been looking for an idea or answer to a question. We KNOW the answer is there but, for the moment, it is out of our mental reach. Then, suddenly, we feel the excitement of that magic moment when the unknown becomes known and we “remember” it.

This reminded me of an item that illustrated the sense of accomplishment one can feel when that “hidden” answers makes itself known.

Following is an exercise that you will have fun participating in. It will force you to search your mind for what may be temporarily hidden but will ultimately pop to the surface and make itself known to you. I can promise you that the solutions to all the questions are already as familiar to you as your own name. With your conscious search for the answers you will experience the excitement that comes when the unknown becomes known.

Few people have been able to solve more than half on their first try. Many reported getting answers long after the test had been put aside; particularly at unexpected moments when their minds were relaxed and they weren’t consciously looking for the answer.

INSTRUCTIONS

Each question below contains the initials of words which will make the equation correct. Find the missing words.

EXAMPLE: 365 = D of the Y (Days of the Year)

26 = L of the A
7 = W of the A W
1001 = A N
12 = S of the Z
54 = C in a D (with the J)
9 = P in the S S
88 = P K
13 = S on the A F
32 = D F at which W F
18 = H on the G C
90 = D in a R A
200 = D for P G in M
8 = S on a S S
4 = Q in a G
3 = B M (S H T R )
24 = H in a D
5 = D in a Z C
57 = H V
1 = W on a U
11 = P o n a F T
1000 = W that a P is W

Take a moment to ponder how you felt when the unknown suddenly disappeared and the impact of knowing the complete answer appeared out of the depths of your imagination.

Victor Hugo must have experienced this when he said, “There is nothing more powerful that the right idea whose time has come.”

P.S. If you get real, REALLY stuck and can’t find the answer, contact me and I’ll give it to you.
