Experts Discover 2 + 2 = 8
If you saw this headline, what would be your reaction? Your first impulse would be to completely reject it. You would not use it in your mathematical calculations because you know that this error would prevent you from arriving at any accurate conclusions.
But assume the experts gave an explanation as to why it is true and published their findings in their authoritative trade papers. Their colleagues applauded their findings and made prestigious awards to honor this breakthrough discovery.
However popular all the reports that 2 + 2 = 8 might be, it would not make it true. Even if there were granite monuments pronouncing 2 + 2 = 8, if everybody in the world believed it, it would still not be true.
There is only one truth about 2 + 2 and that is that “4″ has a permanent, unchallenged, indisputable place at the end of 2 + 2. This fact cannot be violated… ever. It is a universal, natural LAW! “Law” is defined by Webster as, “a rule of principle that always works and is enforced by a governing authority” and that any “natural law” is a “creative and controlling force of the universe”.
But when the headline tells us that we are in a perpetual state of chaos, conflict and confusion, we blindly accept it and react to it as a fact because some reporter/expert/news organization has deemed it to be so.
The real fact is that the real universe, of which we are an integral part, absolutely forbids such characteristics to exist. The real, and only, universe is described by Webster as, “the whole body of things observed or assumed; including the whole without limit or exception and accruing everywhere”.
These definitions are absolute; and “absolute” is defined by Webster as, “Freedom from imperfection or mixture, control, restriction or qualification”.
Accepting these irrefutable facts, you tell me why we should accept any opposite circumstances suggested by the appearance of personal, professional, corporate, national or international conditions. They are no more a part of the real world than darkness is a part of light. The universe, being infinitely all-inclusive, demands that we summarily reject any appearance to the contrary.
We must train our mind to see through the world of effects and, as Dr. Einstein instructs us, “We must learn to see the world anew”. We must “see” the objective world as nothing more than an illusion with no power or authority over us. We must learn to see it as tantamount to footprints in the snow or the wake behind a ship.
The logic is simple. Accepting it as way of life is difficult. It must be done with our intuitive sense which is devoid of anything physical or materially orientation. It is done with an inner awareness.
