Escape from the World of Turmoil

The real world is controlled and secured by the invariable characteristics of FACTS. We can ignore them, try to replace them and interpret them with emotions, but that does not alter the fact that, as Aldus Huxley says, “Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.”

Knock-Knock

I’ll get what I think is a great idea and get so excited about it I feel compelled to take immediate action on it. When I do, I usually regret it because before long I will see it as incomplete and wish I hadn’t been so hasty. I used to think that this delayed action was procrastination. Perhaps it was, but a few more days to let the idea take root and germinate haven’t seemed to do any harm. If the idea is right, nothing can destroy it.

When was the last time you felt really good about things?

Your entire life experiences are comprised of a continuity of “events and circumstances.” Sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes chaotic and at other times joyous and free. Because you have control over your mindset, you control the events and circumstances you will experience; not by struggling with the situation or circumstance, but by restructuring your consciousness.

Disaster Survival
